Patience

"Just be patient. Everyone's body is different. Your body might just be holding on to the fat because of a sluggish or stubborn metabolism. With consistency and eating right, it will come off! It may take longer than six weeks, but it will happen. It has to! Just always give it 100% and put all your energy into each move and also, don’t forget that eating well is 50% of the puzzle"(Debbie Siebers).

Whatever week you are on in your fitness journey remember to enjoy the process.
