Today I did Kenpo X. It was a great workout. I just finished my first week of P90X. I am so excited to see what the next 80 days has in store for me.
My goals are to be at fit and healthy as I can possibly be. To enjoy the process of getting in shape. Over the last few years I have come to the realization that before I can make any changes in my life I have to accept who and what I am right now. Once I am able to accept myself I can and will be able to put my energy and focus on making good choices. Choices that will lead me to getting in my best shape ever. I also need to stop comparing myself to other women and just focus on what I am able to accomplish for myself.
Some thoughts that we can all ponder on today is...
What is my goal?
What do I want out of life?
What do I want to be?
What is my motivation really for doing this?
Why do I really want this?
After a time of reflection write down your goals and move forward.
