- I am 38 years old. I am a stay at home mom and wife. I left my job as an RN to stay at home with my three children who are triplets. They are 11 yrs old right now. I have always had a passion for fitness and nutrition. Most of my adult life has been spent in a gym or running the streets of my neighborhood. I have always been skeptical of home fitness videos and programs. But that was until I found Beachbody and P90X. It is crazy intense. I love it! I have even got my husband to start P90X.
